Encompass Acquires HomeCare Solutions of Lubbock

Dallas, Texas April 1, 2011 - Encompass Home Health is pleased to announce their acquisition of HomeCare Solutions. This agency services the Lubbock, TX area, and will allow Encompass to expand their coverage area further into west Texas. HomeCare Solutions was established in 2002 and currently has approximately 220 patients and 65 employees. This well-respected provider has been offering home health services to the public for the last nine years and many of the employees have been with the company since its inception.

This acquisition will prove to be a crucial move in regards to growth of the Encompass family as a whole. Homecare is a wonderful business, rewarding patients as well as staff in an effort to provide top-quality service.
