As an Encompass patient, you’ll be embraced in a Circle of Care that includes your Encompass clinicians, physician and our local office staff. Connecting us is a handheld, computerized Point of Care system that allows our caregivers to share information immediately.

Each highly trained Encompass clinician is an expert at providing personalized home care. By helping to develop then implement customized care plans, they move Encompass patients toward positive and expected outcomes. For physicians and acute care, independent living and assisted living communities, the Encompass nurse or therapist is a first line resource, providing consistency and communication as well as care.

Physician/Community

Personalized portals keep physicians and senior community staff up to date regarding patient status and progress. Information is protected electronically for security and HIPAA compliance, but you’ll have ready access to the details you need to effectively supervise each case. Physicians can easily review and approve all home health and hospice orders using our secure electronic signature capability.
