Enhabit Rewards

Connect to the VPN on your tablet using the instructions below, or use a branch office computer to check your points, enter point codes or order reward items. 

From your tablet:

• Tap the AnyConnect VPN application from your home screen
• Tap on Connections, then tap on PeopleSoftChangePassword (Managed)
• Turn the AnyConnect VPOn ON, enter your PeopleSoft username and password, then tap Connect
• Once the VPN says 'Connected', return to the Home screen
• From your web browser, go to https://enhabit.corerewards.com (or click this link)
• Tap on the Enhabit Employee Login button
• You will be prompted with an Enhabit login window. Enter your ehab.com email address and click Next
• Enter your password (same as PeopleSoft) and click Sign In. Choose Yes to stay signed in.
• Enter rewards points on the main page, or click the menu at the top left to see reward order options.
• Remember to turn off your VPN when you are done!
